An American siner and the younger brother to country star "Johnny Cash"
Started playing guitar at the age of 17.
He formed his first band in high school. After high school graduation, he enlisted into the army.
He later he became professional playing with Hank Williams Jr.
Tommy took care of his late brothers house while it was up for sale. The house was sold to Barry Gibb of The Bee Gee's.
In late 1969, while on Epic Records, he delivered his biggest hit, a tune dedicated to John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King, entitled, "Six White Horses".
