John Hossen
An Australian musician.
John Hossen was was one of Australia's greatest saxophonists.
He was mainly known as a member of "The Troupadors" from Perth, Western Australia.
John was one of the first rock musicians that began his career in Adelaide.
One of the first bands he played with were the Adelaide band "The Mark Five" formed 1964 with Barry Barreau, Rex Blair, Barry Lee, Barry Wade.
John joined "The Vibrants". An Adelaide group that eventually worked mainly in Melbourne. 1966-68.
Later John worked mainly with Perth band "The Troupadors" up until his untimely death.
John was one of the nicest guys with-in the music scene during his many years of playing.
Sadly John passed away in July 2007.
